Generally there's rules about posting identical topics, meaning you should have the decency to attempt to search before posting a new thread to make sure someone else hasn't posted the same thing before you. It takes literally 3 seconds to check before posting a new thread. It's just being a decent person and poster.

He searched for his own description of the subject: "degenerate", "degenrate" or "denerate". He didn't search for a common denominator of the news, like "GameStop".

I didn't complain about his duplicate posting. Someone else did. I'm just saying that he justified it by saying he "searched" for it first, and a random descriptor like "degenerate" is all he used. I don't particularly care wether someone posts the same thing or not. It's just that his explanation is lame.
