Like yeah, it sucks that these people were driven out of their homes so that the US could install a puppet government in the middle east (that became self-aware and now seems to have turned the tables on the USA and have power of them) and are continuously murdering them when they try to take their homeland back, but it's looking like Israel might have more to offer than Palestine did in terms of advancing humanity.

Why is it always necessary to attribute historical trends to a specific agent, like the USA. There is no single entity, personal, corporate, national, or otherwise, that controls the course of history and the international order.

There are numerous reasons why the Jewish people wanted their own nation-state and why Western powers decided to support their endeavor. It simply isn't helpful to reduce it to, "the US government wanted it to happen."

I watched a documentary the other day and after that I didn't feel bad for Palestine anymore. I'm pretty much in love with an Israeli Muslim, too.

I'm right, as expected.

Because people need a convent narrative to explain the chaos around them.
A singular group, no matter how alien their intentions, is something humans are always tied to.
