I totally forgot to make a prediction contest for total number of brackets for the main contest, but I won't forget to do it for the Second Chance contest.
For the main contest, we had a total of 7221 brackets. The Second Chance contest is more difficult to predict. It could be assumed that we could end up with even fewer brackets for the Second Chance contest, but it's also far easier and quicker to fill out a bracket for the Second Chance contest with only 30 matches to deal with. So there is a small chance we might end up with even more brackets compared to the main contest, but the 6 day period for filling out a Second Chance bracket makes it somewhat unlikely to occur. The deadline for submitting a prediction is 7:00:00 PM EST on November 27th. Yep, that's exactly one bracket more than the Years contest. It seems like the total number of Second Chance brackets have been revealed already. I'm guessing this was revealed earlier today (when my feedback ticket got reviewed around 25 minutes ago).
Because of this, I've decided to end all submissions for predictions as of 6:00:00 PM EST. We had a total of 5712 Second Chance bracket entries, which is higher than I thought it would be.
