Apparently the chemical PPD (Paraphenylenediamin) that's regularly found in beauty products is what did her in and while she followed the patch test as issued, she waited just 30 minutes rather than the recommended 48 hours Immediately she noticed irritation on her scalp that began to swell and then she used antihistamines under medical advice..but then it just got worse and suddenly she said she looked like an ALIEN!! She was rushed to hospital and was given an injection of adrenaline and kept overnight... Fortunately she is able to make a full recovery but she can still see the outlines of the swelling and admits it was a huge mistake to have used it and warns others against the dangers of PPD.
