the last apartment renter was a heroin junkie. they hadn't gotten kicked out for well over 4 month's when the new owner bought out the apartments due to non-payment of rent. he had a maintenance crew deep clean the apartment and there was a ton of needles all over the place it was a bio-hazard risk.

that's when he raised the rent to 1k apiece for 4 apartments. 1.3k for one other one.

The chemicals in shrooms are proving to be quite effective against depression and PTSD. Plus they're fairly tame as far as illegal drugs go, I see no problems with this.
