You discover that enormous Supernovas are going to hit Earth in 100 hours and they have been completely missed by NASA who falsely assume they can't reach us, when in reality they will destroy us. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to stop it.

Your discover this alongside a tubby short Mexican cop called Lt Sanchez and a big black British Man called Wesley. Who are arguing over how to proceed with the knowledge.

Wesley: "We need to let people know. So they can have time with their families, so they can make arrangements. No man should spend his last days sitting in traffic or working in an office!"

Sanchez: "No seor! It would be panic! It would be chaos! Rapes, murders, looting everywhere! The civilized world couldn't handle such knowledge."

W: "We would come together. Have some faith in humans Lt."

S: "No we wouldn't and you know it. Just look at Horizon Zero Dawn. They didn't tell people in that."

W: "That's fiction man. This is reality."

S: "Exactly! We can't let it happen in reality."

W: "Look, what I am saying is I would want to know. I would want to spend that time with my daughter."

S: "And so would the ignorant thug who would get off on killing your daughter. And now there's no fear of prison or future society to prevent him! People are stupid! Scared people are dangerously stupid. The end of us all is also the end of negative consequences for any action anyone wants to take. No matter how crazy or evil."

W: "This is getting us no where. We will never agree on this. So I guess its up to [Your name] to decide.. Do we let the world know? Or do we keep them in blissful ignorance?"

Hell yea, then they put me in mandatory 72 hour hold, at which point they think I'm crazy since I keep telling them the world is going to end, world ends and I tell the $9/hr guard "I told you so SON"
