The problem is most of them aren't having self control, just stating, "oh I'm probably not gonna attack any children, I just think about them" which can lead to urges and possibly even action.

At least the NSFW crackdown is working somewhat. Tumblr is absolutely killing the side with this, all for a chance to get back on the App Store, but if it means that these MAP assholes get booted the fuck off of the platform, then that's a victory in and of itself.

This can't be acceptable by the ToS of most websites, Twitter and Tumblr included. Tumblr is dogshit when it comes to policing its content - look at how they're dealing with the rampant porn bot and MAP problem by carpet-banning NSFW - all this shit is breaking loose because the Tumblr staff let it get out of hand in the first place. Twitter has to set a better example and strike these accounts down before the MAPs get a foothold - they need to enforce their ToS and at least be a better platform than Tumblr is/was regarding this gross shit.
