Yeah I'm playing the Betrayal League. I bought the Master Undertaker supporter pack or whatever as well. I just hit Act 10 using a mix of (Vaal) Cold Snap and Vortex.

I started the game, got fairly far. I guess I got lucky - I did absolutely no research into the classes, just went with Witch (I like Witches) and found some fun skills and apparently at least one or two of them is OP as hell.

But I got kind of turned off by the mindless grind, there was no compelling storytelling or fun side quests or lore to collect.

yea i think i like diablo 3 more than this tbh

the *only* thing I liked Diablo 3 was the fact that there was randomized side content which made replaying the game interesting because you'd have new encounters usually (even though they were never anything super fantastic).

But besides that I think Path of Exile and Grim Dawn are a million times better.
