Not that it's a great thing to do but I feel it's pretty common to laugh at people getting pissed off, especially if you don't know them and it's behind a computer screen where they can't do anything to you. Again, not defending the behavior, but I feel it's a pretty common thing for people to do. Look at all the "freakout" videos online.
