Final post, directed to anyone with an open mind: In the age of information where there's plenty of shit opinions, weak arguments based on ignorance, and blind ideology sheep spouting bs to each other in their echo chambers, it's your fucking duty to spread good information, argue reasonably and fair, and strive to establish the truth of matters. Just like forest fires, we don't fucking pretend they don't exist or that they won't happen. When you see an idiot, try to persuade them to think in a different light and share a different perspective. If they refuse to engage in respectful and intelligent discource, you can disengage to chalk it up as a failed attempt, but you must try. Otherwise the ignorant masses will cling on to the whatever grabs ahold of them, either through half hearted truths, emotional appeal, clever deceit, or outright lying. Do your research, try not to spread disinformation, and try to stop disinformation from spreading anyway you can. We have to fucking do this because the government and schools aren't. The internet is fairly new, the general population all chiming in their thoughts and opinions in this mass scale is fairly new... there is no safety measures set in stone to prevent shit from getting out of hand. If you're not a kid or a teenager anymore do your fucking best to be intelligent when you're in a serious discussion, and just shitpost when you're in lulzy threads if you want. I'm inviting people to save themselves from each other, in order to save us all. I'm just a fucking nobody regular dumbass like anyone else but I don't think this mindset needs to be backed by a credible source to be able to understand, agree, and follow it. I'm trying to be a better person. All I asked for is for others to so the same, and to shitpost where it's appropriate.
