May be coming down with something. Gym would expose me to lots of germs and lower my immune system after a hard workout. I also have a big vacation coming up this wknd (wanted to get gym in 1 more time so I wouldn't feel guilty eating so much). Skip gym or just go?

it's not just the workout itself btw, it's all the germs at the gym. even if whatever's sneaking up on me gets fought off, i don't want a different germ to sneak in and finish the job while my immune system is down. i'd just go too if it weren't for the vacation this wknd. i'd rather play it safe. skipping gym.
