I remember once in college I couldn't find a job (even the school wasn't hiring in the cafeteria) and I couldn't afford both rent and food. So I paid my rent and survived on what my friends didn't want to eat at lunch time.

Resulted in maybe 3/4th of a meal per day (usually unhealthy stuff) and that went on for like 4-5 months. I lost a bunch of weight, pooped maybe once every 5-6 days, and was drifting to sleep while walking to classes. It was a bad time.

I've been through a similar experience, ended up going from 180lbs to 130lbs by the time it was over with.

I was laying on a pile of garbage for a while. Not eating, not sleeping, just there.

Uh like pretty much all of it except for a ~2 year period during college where I actually hit the gym regularly and didn't drink soda at all

I got dumped in 2011, moved into a trailer and spent all winter playing Skyrim. It was awesome but mentally unhealthy, I stopped exercising and didnt go outside. I turned it all around since then.

Assuming mental health counts I had severe depression from 2014-2015, meaning there was no way I could properly function in society at that time. I had been in university for two years but was absolutely sick of it at that point. I couldn't handle the tedium of (1) having to commute almost 2 hours (total) each day and (2) being forced to take papers I hardly enjoyed. For me the solution was dropping out and eventually going travelling for a couple of months, giving me something to live for. Later on I became an autodidact instead of trying university again and that's allowed me the freedom to pursue a wider range of subjects outside of a somewhat more rigid environment.

Senior year when I was a pizza driver(basically ate free pizza and taco bell) and stressed graduating about finding a job(excessive drinking and binge eating).

Why did you put your education in front of your health? Did you seek more assistance? I need more details.

At the time I wasn't really sure what my options were. Parents didn't really have any money and I borrowed what I could from friends. But I was broke for a long period of time. Don't think I qualified for welfare.
