Not that I'm like that but I know a guy who hates seeing ugly or fat people have fun and be in relationships.

He'll think "why are you smiling like we don't see how bad you look" and get pissed

He just sounds like he has very low self esteem, and he's very bitter and envious of those he deems less attractive than himself, while going off of a strange notion that attractive people have somehow earned better lives by... being attractive?

He should improve his outlook on life by being more positive and optimistic. A bit of a mental change in how you view things really does help out a lot.
