1st jury selection i got out easy, 2nd one i almost got chosen and i could tell they wanted me badly but i got out. 3 days sitting in a huge room is horrible.

Got any tips on getting eliminated? I've received two summons letters over the years but was never ordered to come in when I called the number, so I figure my luck will run out eventually.

Like I said I've never had the honor, but my sister says if you just have to show that you cannot be unbiased as a juror. The last time my sister went, it was a case about child abuse and she is a social worker specializing in foster children. They tossed her quick.

Best not to try and get thrown out. Odds are they'll call you on it and fine you.

Maybe he used it to deep clean his bed. Mom can't clean up everything

yeah if they see you are trying to get out blatantly you can get a contempt of court charge or just picked just to piss you off. easiest way to get out is to have bias on both the defendant or prosecutors side. so example would be the defendant got busted with a gun and weed. you tell the judge and lawyers in questioning that you like guns but hate weed, youll get booted immediately.
