Exactly my experience. Don't have a local one but I feel compelled to give them another chance every so often when I'm traveling.

I mean, it's not *bad*, but I don't see the huge big deal everyone seems to make, I'd definitely say they are similar to Wendy's. Pretty good but nothing astounding.

I do think the waffle fries are a neat novelty, though.

Their breakfast chicken burrito is fucking awesome. I love that jalapeno salsa that comes with it.

Yeah im pretty sure the food isnt all that crack up to be and its just the service that people like chick fila about because i had them 3 times when my friends wanted to eat their and the food is alright. Standard fast food stuff, but the biggest take away is that the employees are nice and they serve the food fast.

Yeah its just the service and consistency that they have built their name on. The food while isnt amazing its never bad and the service is always exceptional

I agree.

I like Chic Fil A but its honestly just chicken. Its good and they have some good sauces and if I go there I know I can order some food with some sauces and have a good/great meal but I could say the same at a lot of places.

I actually don't go to Chic Fil A that often because the one near me always has an insane line. They make a good chicken sandwich but so does Burger King.

The CFA near me is always packed but they burn through the line like nothing. Go to McDonald's and they'll have one register open for 20 people but it seems like CFA always has four or more open so one slow ass person who doesn't know what they want doesn't slow down everyone.

Well, the chicken was still warm and moist, the bun tasted fresh , the fries were the right mix of crispy and mealy.

So I can't really point out anything that was wrong, I was just expecting something a bit unique flavor wise with how much love it gets.
