I am an avid fisherman and the fishing looks pretty dope in RDR2 but I don't like hurting people or doing cowboy things. Is it worth to buy just to fish and do nothing else?

I don't think so. I hate fishing in RDR2. Or rather, I hate how the reeling is (twirling the thumbstick). Ugh it feels so bad, especially when you fish for long periods of time.

I liked the fishing and hunting so much I got a fishing and a hunting game for the PS4.

No, but it's worth it to just explore the world and do whatever you feel like. It's more fun than playing the actual story imo.

Oh yeah, FFXV has some really great fishing! Stardew Valley as well, if you like farm sim type games.
