Say a sweeping and false statement about all trans people, mods don't care. At most they'll notify without deletion if the post specifies a gamefaqs user by username.

Asking why minorities who are bullied commit a disproportionately minor amout of mass shooting or domestic terrorist attacks and asking what it is about the way our culture is that it would have a particular cross section of a specific race and gender be the one responsible for most of these attacks yet it's the exceedingly rare religious minority attack who our society has deemed worthy of fearmongering? That's a warning at the bare minimum.

Heck. Make a topic and respond to other posters one at a time rather than quoting several and replying to each one in a single post, that's a NWD per post. Can't even appeal to point out that it's only because the mobile site delays when quoting posts and can deleting multiple layered quoted posts is

It takes hours if they ever hit it, and usually like half the offending posts don't get hit.

Also, it's pretty much always the same users in the middle of it all but none of them ever get banned. Allen seems to have no problem with this shit continuously getting posted.

I think it has more to do with their account age, and more importantly, karma. I mean for people like hynocoosh - how many times has he race baited or hated on trans ppl only to get off with a warning, or at worst a seven day purge? People like that 462 weirdo burn through low level accounts, but it doesnt matter because he has so many.
