My wisdom teeth are coming in so earlier this week I took a half day to go to the dentist and get a check up.

Everything was going well and he said it didn't seem like the teeth needed to come out at the moment. When he finished examining my teeth, turned off his tools, etc, he said to me "alright my [n-word], you're good to go."

He immediately realized what he said and kept apologizing profusely, saying he was sorry, he does not normally speak like this, etc

We are both white so I am not sure how to react to this. I have been feeling empty inside all day. Should I report him to the BBB?

Im constantly hearing stories of people like in their thirties who have awful teeth or only go in when they need teeth pulled so theyre missing a bunch

You only get one set, you need them for life, and its one of the first things people notice on a person

Used to know him really, really well. Then he retired, and my new dentist is cool and all, but he doesn't watch Game of Thrones so I kinda have to wonder about his life choices.

My wife hates her ever since she accidentally leaned over and my wife got a face full of bewbs.

Then she got mad at me for drooling.

My entire relationship with my dentist is pretty much like this:
- One of my teeth hurts
- I go see the dentist
- He tells me it's infected and will need to be pulled because it's too damaged
- He gives me a week's worth of antibiotics to get the infection taken care of
- I return a couple weeks later and get my tooth pulled
- I get ten Vicodin to take for pain in the days after having the tooth pulled
- I don't want to take the Vicodin until I reluctantly take the first one, then I start taking them for every minor pain I have because they're addictive and make me feel good
- After about a week I'm out of Vicodin and have withdrawal symptoms for a couple days
- About 3 months to 3 years pass
- Return to the top of the list
