Same.

I used to eat it a lot (like almost every single day) and gained a ton of weight and felt lethargic all the time. I'm so glad those days are behind me.

Yeah, fast food is a nice option when you're on the road.

Usually, four or five times, but in the last week I've been eating a little less of it lately.

Yeah, fast food is a nice option when you're on the road.

Ya I used to eat it minimum once a week if not more. It makes me feel like shit when I eat it honestly but I'll grab Wendy's every now and again

Unless you're counting fast-casual joints like Chipotle or Q'doba (I don't, as the food is much fresher, even though those burritos are HUGE haha) then it's been years.

I made a promise to myself that once I hit a certain age, fast food was strictly off limits from there on out... and I've stuck to it.

It helped that the last 2 times I ate at mcd's I got sick and threw up from what I could only assume was old lettuce.

I very rarely eat fast food and only do so if I've been traveling say 6+ hours. Most I get though is a small thing of French fries as a tide me over kind of thing.

Usually it's just chicken tenders and a large fry from MacDonald's or Zaxby's.

Sometimes for breakfast I'll get a chicken biscuit from Hardee's.

Anyway it still beats the food from the Speedway or Marathon.

This is very true.

Cooking doesn't have to be expensive at all. Some of the healthiest foods (eggs, beans, veggies, etc.) are super cheap.

I like El Pollo Loco. It's a Mexican fast food chain here in the west coast.

Used to be every single day I would get McDonald's and A LOT of it. Two large fries, 10 piece nugget, large coke, 2 double cheeseburgers... I'm surprised I'm not dead tbh.

Nowadays I get it maybe once a week, sometimes every other week.

Are we talking greasy ass fast food? Most I ever get from them is a coffee. I get Subway kind of frequently - at least a couple of times a month. The last time I ate anything remotely close to fast food was a few onion rings from A&W last month.

I get lunch at McDonalds every Saturday, usually get something on my day off on Thursday and gf and I go to a sit down restaurant on Sunday.

I don't go to restaurants of any sort very often, and when I do I'm certainly not wasting it on fast food places

One time years ago I was in a food desert and the only place open was a burger king. I didn't want one, but gave it go - it was horrible and I threw it away. My niece when about 5 went into a total tantrum when her mother and I refused to take her to a mc Donalds. She'd been brainwashed despite having parents that cooked lovely healthy meals. So yeah... NEVER NO MORE!

I'm all about home cooked meals. I attribute a lot of that to my wife, who really got me into eating real food again. And thank god because my energy level is so much better these days.

I take my aunt to the grocery store since she doesn't have a car once a week which almost always results in her treating lunch from Wendy's or Firehouse or something.
