Going out to buy stuff, eating alone, going to the movies alone, etc. Its nice i can experience these things on my own but it just feels awkward. I do have friends but they're all married and have family problems on their time off.

Just remind yourself that just cause there is a popular way to live that there still isn't a correct way to live. In the end you gotta just do what makes you happy/content and not what makes the majority happy. Id rather be alone than be in a bad relationship myself. It's actually an impressive thing to love yourself enough to spend good time alone. Some people can't be alone because they aren't strong enough to face themselves alone.

I always ride solo and I don't feel like people don't respect me cause of it. In the end your personality decides the reason they think you're single

Try not to worry about what other people think. In reality, they probably couldn't care less that some dude is watching a movie alone, eating a meal, whatever. You've still got to live your life, it shouldn't come screeching to a halt just because other people aren't available.

I just got used to it over time honestly. In the beginning I would second guess my plans and end up doing nothing alone, now I just ignore thatand enjoy my time with myself.

I'll typically have a drink when I'm out and my anxiety goes down
