It seems to be an internet meme that whenever people say it was out of character someone always says "you havent been paying attention it was foreshadowed". What...every single time it has been said she doesnt want to be like her father, doesnt want to be queen of the ashes, wants a better world, and it's been shown time and time again that she has a soft heart, especially for the innocent. Even when it came to the tarlys she gave them every chance to bend the knee...

The writers had the right idea, they just rushed the ever living fucking shit out of it.
Her change should have taken at least a half a season with more than just Missandei getting beheaded as the catalyst. Yeah Rhaegal got killed but the show didnt do much to make you believe she was even that distraught over him. ... Copied to Clipboard!
