Like lately, I haven't been able to focus, I keep losing my temper at the drop of a hat, then getting super depressed, I feel so much unease that I can barely get a good night's sleep and I can't shake the feeling that someone is coming to get me, that someone is mocking me, laughing at me, enjoying my suffering from far far away like it's a sick game to them.

Define voices because I tend to hear two sets when I'm really really down in the deepness of my mind, one set sounds like a bunch of random people whispering the other sounds like a neutral cold sounding voice, the whispers come when I'm under alot of stress, which is often, I don't take stress well, ever since I was little enough stress turns me into nearly comatose. The whispering scares me, angers me and for some reason really makes me hate other people to wanting to hurt them just because they're there.

poor sleep
hormonal imbalance
mental illness
Brain Damage
Mental Trauma
poor diet
substance abuse
lack of sunlight
Lack of exercise
Lack of meaningful relationships or intellectual engagements
Toxic relationships
Etc

Causing or contributing to your mood swings/emotional imbalance.

Seriously dont fall into the pitfall of blaming the supernatural, or some grand conspiracy on your problems. If you are hearing voices that is a bad sign though. You either need more sleep or professional help....or both. Hearing voices that arent there regularly is a sign of mental illness, or sleep deprivation generally.

I 100% assure you no one can psychically attack you and no one would have any reason to do so anyways.

There is nothing wrong with you as a person for being insane if that is indeed the case unless you use it as an excuse to do wrong to others.

You dont need to blame someone else or yourself. Sometimes shit happens we cant fully control. Mental illness can often be akin to infectious illness or a natural disaster in that sense.

Get help. You arent a lesser man for it. I would argue someone who know they cant do everything alone always is superior to one who foolishly strikes out on an impossible task for the sake of pride or some other nonsense.

In the end, if you weren't experiencing aforementioned symtoms like that before you expected a practitioner of such was involved & you were normal up until that point; then it can be reversed & or nullified.

If you've shown signs of those symptoms earlier than that, then you'd have to seek professional medical/psychiatric advice.

He's always been kind of erratic but I think this is new.

TC if you are serious and this isn't some shitty new gimmick you're trying out, calmly consider psychiatric help. Depending on your insurance and location, you might even want to look into a partial hospitalization program where you're with medical professionals multiple times per week but can still go home at the end of each day.

If you don't consent to treatment then there's nothing a hospital can do, yes even if they believe you're "crazy." Forcible commitment only happens if you prove you are an imminent danger to yourself or others, which doesn't sound like the case here. You are well within your right to refuse treatment, though I and the poster who actually plays up mental illness for laughs think that would be a bad idea.

If you don't consent to treatment then there's nothing a hospital can do, yes even if they believe you're "crazy." Forcible commitment only happens if you prove you are an imminent danger to yourself or others, which doesn't sound like the case here. You are well within your right to refuse treatment, though I and the poster who actually plays up mental illness for laughs think that would be a bad idea.
