I literally can't remember the last time one of them claimed roommate powers and was wrong.

Also not technically claiming roommate powers right now. And like I said I think it's only happened once each (that we claimed roommate powers on a read and were wrong). I think we've each fooled the other as scum exactly once.

What are your thoughts about why I think Corrik is town?

I am not particularly convinced those couldn't be scum moves rather than misguided town ones. I am not sure I have played with Corrik but I do know he plays a whole lot these days, so I am willing to cut him a below average amount of slack on stuff like that.

Can you be any more specific? If you want to reread my thoughts post 259 on page 6 sums them up.

Not really sure what more you want- I was in fact looking at that post. You named two things he did (fixation on MZero and calling Sbell not town power) and claimed that they were dumb town moves. I think they could be that but could still also be scum moves, particularly coming from a dude who has presumably played enough to know what he's doing.

Honestly they're just Corrik moves imo and he does them all the time as both alignments to my memory

Read it this way, MZero makes the miller claim and Corrik is immediately into voting it. But more than that he wants everyone else too because last game they got burned or something like that. If it was just the vote on MZero I'd agree that he could be scum or town. But the way he focuses on it and tries to lead a lynch on it, feels very town trying too hard to me.

A similar feeling from the statement about SBell not being town power. This on its own probably meaningless, but I think it fits town trying too hard and therefore reinforces my first read on him.

Put that in the whole context. I voted for Tom in that post. I've consistently been suspicious of you based on your reaction to Han. See post 334 and 392. I also poked you to ask for your opinion about Tom in 432. As I wanted to have that reaction saved for if Tom flipped scum later.

Again the full context is who I'd be willing to vote for. Being that it's day 1, voting for someone who's talked a lot and I don't have a good read on, but I have shown that what I do have is on the scummy side I think is perfectly consistent.

For the love of God, no!!! He is not Roman Reigns, he is not pulling the exact opposite of what he did last game. I mean, who comes in yelling "oh yeah! Finally rolled town" like that's screaming. Hey everyone, I'm lying to you! We can't do this again.

Some other thoughts I had:
- All this talk about everyone not knowing about the renamed town/mafia is crazy. Especially considering that Sultan puts the FACE thing in the opening post and then MZero says Heel in his post.

-- Also, I'm not sure who is currently keeping up with WWE but I didn't realize Miz had gone full face and at the same time when I was watching last my wrestlers were a heel. And I'm not a Miller. So I'm kind of confused.

- I felt the Han/SBell felt a little forced. They went 0-60 in like two seconds and it was over something that seemed so trivial.
-Corrik feels like scum, at the time it seemed like he had a true contraction on Death. It makes me like Corrik but I like Corrik early last game too.
- Speaking of Death, I feel like he is making a very large effort to be visual and for everyone to know he was in the game. I don't feel like he was doing this as much last game.
- Tom posts feel a little fluffy and I'm leaning scum too.
- As much as I want to kill Ulti right now. I may want to follow Corrik's original lead with MZero because I have such like stress from the failures from last game.

Basically yes that's what ed is saying. It's a tactic Ulti and others have used. Lie immediately to get it over with and then by the end of the day town has already gotten used to the thought and moved on to other pursuits.
