Some kid in middle school told me that you could get Yoshi, "Pikablu", and other "PokeGods" in Red/Blue. he also said you could get the giant Gengar and giant Alakazam from that one episode of the anime, and that that Alakazam's special move was called "clog" which instantly killed anyone who touched it.

I didn't learn about active reloading in Gears of War until the final boss. I just thought pressing RB while reloading just jams your gun for whatever reason.
