Its not some conspiracy

So conservatives are the minority. Liberals are typically for the minority, but I suppose it's not just about numbers, but about oppression. Liberals are for oppressed minorities. I wonder if conservatives were to ever eventually fall under oppressed minority, would they be the exception and hated on despite that.

Further into that, I wonder if it has to do with harmfulness. Like, do libs hate on them because they feel that they are harmful and should be shunned? If so, then I ponder the question of their quick defense to Muslims. Some Muslim beliefs are harmful to other minorities, such as gay people, but yet they still get defended in many situations.

I have suspicions as to why it seems to be this way, but I'm not certain. If you just lay it down like that, it looks hypocritical, but... there are many working parts to the questions and the reasons behind the behavior.

And as for why liberalism is so quick to defend them, it's because they're frequently targeted for societal pariah and treated by conservative ideology as a scapegoat for ridicule and saber-rattling.

That applies to all humans about all things. It is literally how we view things and how we are only concerned about things we experience. That's why if your father is sick you are majorly concerned meanwhile millions of people are being ethnically cleansed in Asia and Africa right now. There's only so much attention we can have for things.
