Someone just read the headline. Literally first line of the article talks about Bungie's split from Activision and these being decisions of a Bungie without Activision's influence. And it seems to imply a difference of philosophy between the two companies as Bungie wants a bigger userbase to expand it's ala carte expansions rather than Activision's up front model that probably looks better for investors at the expense of longevity.
