Ive tried the whole forcing myself to be part of the group but I also experience really bad anxiety and get embarrassed easily so its not good for my brain

It was like that when I started almost literally a year ago but they all eventually quit and now I'm the veteran who trains people and my managers are talking like they want to make me a shift supervisor soon so it's different now.

It's just in the beginning there was WAYYY more high school kids who dated each other and had drama and it was really annoying.

That sucks. I wish I had advice but when people get passive aggressive with me, I go so far over the top with it back to them that I just don't really know any other way to deal with shit like that but at the same time I wouldn't recommend it in this case. But hey if you can find a way to beat them at their own game without it being costly to you, go for it. Sounds like getting others on your side isn't feasible though, and it isn't likely to turn out ideally without allies.

In every place I've worked, volunteered, and went to school people usually don't mind including new people in their conversations. If they do mind it's because the person being singled out is super awkward, always negative, a nosy gossiper, or just says annoying things. And they usually don't notice this about themselves. Maybe you are one of these four things but don't realize it?
