If I had to change it, I'd go for the girl I was interested in during my sophomore year. Or make a move on the girl I ended up dating my junior/senior year. With the same brain and memories I have now in 2019 right? Don't spend all my money on steam sales and clothes. Invest in bitcoin. Make sure that I never end up dating my first gf, second, and third gf. Stay single and train hardcore at the gym the entire time. Spend more time with my Mom and let her know how much I appreciate her.

I'd have switched my college major sooner and would have been gearing up for a deployment to Afghanistan. I'd try to prevent some of my friends' deaths in combat and suicides after the deployment. Also would have bought into bitcoin.
