The whole experiences appears to be much grander than the original. If they plan on making the whole game like this, it would be many many years before the full game came out. When and how did Hojo become aware of Jenova cells? But it was the first game I felt this blend of story and gameplay that was unlike anything else I had played. And the whole experience felt elevated above other games. It wasnt just a game It made me excited of what video games could do, it made me imagine what Final Fantasy would be like in the future. I thought one day well actually be able to experience these fights and explore these worlds in a way that isnt so limiting and archaic. 20 some years later we have the technology to realize all of it beyond our wildest imaginations and people want to play a game where your characters stand in formation and attack in turns.
