And they still have signs in the lobby warning people but looks like the smokers can't stop. 20 got evicted for smoking in their apartments the other 10 were for doing it in the lobby, in front the building, or a block away. But to expect them to be 25 feet away? That's pretty ridiculous. That could even become a safety issue in some locations. It hasn't been criminalized yet. Sometimes, I'd rather that it were so. Annoying, but I get it. Its a fire hazard, and even when responsible, it creates pollution on the building.
