My favorite discovery in all of these was the early battle prototype of Final Fantasy 1 in the first volume that was blatantly using Dragon Quest sprites. They blacked them out in this book but you can easily tell they were Dragon and Golem sprites

I was originally only planning to get Vol 1 but was able to preorder Vol 2 for less than 20 bucks so I got that too

Prob will never get Vol 3 since I have played none of those games
