25 y/o Former Miss Australia Universe finalist, Adau Akui Atem Mornyang is facing 21 YEARS in PRISON after a drunken rage on a flight in the US where she assaulted a flight attending and had to be restrained by an air marshal!!

The Model is set to be sentenced next month after losing her bid for a new trial in California

She ordered several glasses of wine on January 21st on a United Airlines flight and was cut off from drinking. That's when she flipped her lid and cussed them out and said racial slurs and SLAPPED the flight attendant after demanding more alcohol. She had to be handcuffed by an air marshall who was at the rear

A Jury found her guilty of a FELONY of interference with a flight crew member and misdemeanor count of assault.

Heer lawyers argued the judicial district that includes LA was not the proper venue for trial but was rejected. Her lawyers also argued that the prosecutors did not lay proper foundation to play an alleged audio recording from another passenger

Passengers said she had an 'erratic' behaviour on the 8.5 hour flight as they tried to calm her down but then she put her left index finger on a man's face and suddenly smacked him. That's when an air marshal escorted her to the back of the plane and cuffed her

When they landed, she went to the restroom and REFUSED to leave and they had to drag her out while she was kicking and screaming

She says she has no recollection of what happened who had just been offered a modelling contract for 3 years at the time..until she woke up in prison as she's never had a record of anything like this before.

In 2017, she made international headlines she was raped by 2 men in Australia when she was 17 and wanted others to not be afraid to come forward and seek justice
