I'd say all of those but BOTW2 are guaranteed for 2020 at this point. I think BOTW 2 is a pretty safe bet too.

And this is just the stuff we know about. Two new consoles aren't even formally revealed yet so they'll be announcing more launch games for those.

Also, the new Ultimate game looks lot better than that Avengers game, imo

I think it makes sense. It's recycling a lot from BOTW and late next year will be almost 4 years after the first one.

Nintendo will also want a major game so they're in the conversation when the next Xbox and PlayStation launches. Not sure what else would fit that bill that could be ready.

At the very least there will be a lot more holiday 2020 games yet to be announced as Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo haven't announced anything outside of Halo Infinite.

A few of those will probably be mediocre launch titles but still. I think Horizon 2 might be one of the PS5 launch games. Would be pretty funny if Horizon 2 and BOTW 2 both launched close together again.

No they're committing to all announced platforms as far as I know.

Yeah Microsoft has been pretty good with letting their newly bought out companies release stuff for the platforms they promised. RAD is also still coming to Switch as well.

No. Only Ninja Theory announced a new game. A few of them have games already coming out though. Obsidian has Outer Worlds, Double Fine has RAD and Psychonauts 2 and InXile has Wastelands 3.

Playground Games is rumored to be working on a new Fable which I could see being a Scarlett launch game. Don't think we know what their new Santa Monica studio is working on either.

In the US we will be getting Persona 5: Royal too.

I also hope to see Trails of Cold Steel 4 in the US next year too but who knows how long that will take with NISA doing it now.
