The school had knowledge that one of their students was racially abusive to another student. They did nothing to punish the abuser, giving him justification for his behavior. Had the punished the kid, reported him, did ANYTHING to prevent his racial abuse then they wouldn't be at fault. They didn't though. That's a problem. Just because it didn't happen on school grounds doesn't mean they aren't at fault. That's pathetic reasoning. Literally blaming the school for a kid being racist. Why don't you blame, I don't know, the parents? Because if anyone is responsible for his racism it was them not the school. But God forbid parents be held responsible for their shitty kids. Besides, this isn't really about who did something wrong. It's about making a quick buck. And the parents aren't obviously going to pay out like the school will. Oh and I'm just speaking truth about the race card.
