This happens every summer/winter. I buy some games, and then I go play something else (usually something I've played for thousands of hours already). WELL, NOT THIS TIME.

I got some estimates on how long it would take to play a good portion of it:
Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (1 hour)
Bayonetta (11 hours)
Pyre (11 hours)
Catherine Clasic (13 hours)
The Talos Principle (16 hours)
The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ (18 hours)
Darkest Dungeon (53 hours)

First one up! Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. It was cheap. I'm not really into fighting games, but I like Street Fighter and Marvel. LET'S GO.

After the download, which will take longer than how long I intend to play it.

Yeah, I really like The Binding of Isaac. I haven't played the "new" one. Might skip it for now since I am familiar with it already. Pyre looks interesting, since I liked Bastion. About to beat Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3! I just learned to super jump. I just have to get it more consistently, so I can beat this dumb purple boss guy.

Gauntlet actually looks cool. It looks like a game that would've been on my wishlist before I purged it (it was getting out of control).

That took forever! Gave up on Super Jumping. I found out you can just block the final bosses' attacks. Onto Pyre!

Not that far into Pyre. I think I am still in the tutorial (just learned to throw the orb). It's gonna be a struggle to get through. Might try something else in the meantime.

Catherine looks really fun.

Currently, it's a movie + laundry break time. I'm watching Murder Mystery on Netflix. Jennifer Aniston has barely aged! Just got to the part where the mystery starts. I hope I can guess who the killer is correctly!

I did laundry. Played a bit of Bayonetta. It's pretty fun. Controls are simple enough. Tutorials are short. Cutscenes are kinda long. Feels like I'm watching more than playing, but that's probably just to set up story stuff.

I'll play Catherine later.

Also, Steam's new controller function is amazing. I've been playing with a Switch controller for all of these games and it works perfectly.

Catherine doesn't work with the Switch controller. I have an XBox controller at least and it works with that, but I really like the Switch.

Awesome game so far. I did two nightmares. Plan is to stay faithful to Katherine. I forgot about the texting thing. I watched a Let's Play of it and mostly only remember the climbing and cutscenes.
:D

Gonna give Darkest Dungeon a try tomorrow. Then I'll figure out what to keep playing after (it will probably be Catherine).

The worst part is that there were two of them, which I should've known! I even told myself that when I saw the first murder. I don't know why I forgot. I guess I ruled one of them out somewhere along the way, but they were super suspect in the first murder.

Makes me really want to play Town of Salem.

I know many people like that. They would buy a ton of games, and then not play them. Sometimes, some of them would play some of them. But many would play none. It can be hard, though. When you buy so many at the same time. And theyre so cheap...

Going to try to play them all, I need to try to stick to 1 at a time.

That will be my only purchase this sale, so I want to grab some of the cheaper stuff while they have good discounts.

Gauntlet is fun, but you need a good party to play with. Playing alone kind of sucks because most of the game is spec'd for a party of 4, so you are going to be dying a lot.

The Switch Pro Controller works with The Talos Principle. Even crazier is that the gyro sensor in the controller works too! CRAZY.

That's my problem with a lot of those types of games! Never finished Torchlight. I was playing with a buddy of mine one weekend, but then the weekend ended and so did our playthrough.

I saw the topic from LinkPizza about Star dew Valley and my sister has been playing it, so I guess I should too. Especially since I bought it 3 years ago?! Good Lord.

Anywho, I'm at work right now. About to get off. I'm the only one that came in today. It was incredibly productive and relaxing.

Hey, can I get you to play the games on my list? Between my store purchase and grabbing the Humble Monthly a couple of days ago, I got 46 new games and a DLC. I got no time to play them all.

I did try out a few though.
Road Redemption - Interesting Road Rash style game, might grab this one for my brother on PS4 some time.
Brut@l - Rogue like beat em up with interesting graphics, but not as enjoyable as I hoped.
Peregrin - Puzzle game with possession mechanics. Might try to finish this, seems it might be short.
Crimson Trigger - A poor attempt at a Mega Man clone.
Usurper - Not going to bother with this one again, was interested from the description but is meh.
The Fall Part 2: Unbound - Enjoyed the first one, this one needs to pick up though. Boring so far.

I don't have any of those! And I've only been playing like 30 minutes of each game, haha.

I think I'm set on trying to beat Bayonetta and Catherine though (Catherine is probably my favorite so far). I played more Bayonetta today (I'm on chapter 2, I think?). Catherine, I am putting on hold because I want to record an LP.
