I went on him for his claim first and foremost, and his flavor (voldemort) being incompatible with mine (lily potter) personally.

Add his response that day, too; call anyone who ever voted him bad and go to the beach. Oh, but continue calling me town, personally, regardless.

Further, his last-second "save" of me d3 in the votes doesn't win him any points in my book either, as once again, it's only saving himself.

It's the safest method when you want to make sure nothing wacky happens. I guess 2 is a big enough lead with Sheep unvoting and Ben in the wings

I got nothing against you beyond the scan, Pez. Maybe that you and Death both called me town despite me playing in an overtly scummy way all game. It's something I do to improve my scum game, and because it's fun.

But, for the sake of argument and killing an hour you should really be trying to get us all to murder Death here

Eh there's a few other people I haven't talked to but I'm fine with hammering whenever, don't think there's too much else to be gotten and I'm tired. Will wait for Ben, obviously.

Interesting stuff on the flavour, Lolo. I don't tend to go too much on it. I thought there may be a more Harry Potter characters than sounds reasonable but at the end of the day safelists are a thing. It'd also be a bit silly and obvious in terms of flavour to put one (or two, if both of you are taking claims from there) thing(s) on a safelist from the same book franchise when literally nothing else appears to share a series (I think? Don't know all of the claims' flavour).

Also I just realised Cam would probably claim his actual flavour cause flavour miller. But my point kinda stands with regards to my justification of your flavour at the very least. I'll have a better handle on this stuff tomorrow hopefully, assuming I actually read back, but I'll try to keep the suspicion of Cam in mind at least a bit.

Of all her cousins to puke on. This was the wrong one. There are a few that would have made it so much funnier. This one is the son of the cousin which is one of my best friends. Still funny, but he couldn't join in on the laugh.

I called you honest and earnest D1. Did I say anything positive after that? Because you've long been null on me. Why is it so hard to see Ben faking a scan? I mean he literally said yesterday he is confident in his reads and wasn't getting traction on his lynch of me.

I already said Death was a good lynch for POE reasons. I didn't want to my vote down on him though and get him closer to hammer without giving myself every chance to talk people into my view of the game and how I like the setup Han has seemingly given us.

To be clear about the setup again, I think Han has made a lot of roles that force their use into the skill of the player. Mayor and Kingmaker start with more or less confirming a player. But if used well have strong benefit to town. All the protection floating around creates a lot of gamesmanship between scum and protection. We got one flavor cop with a flavor Miller. But he adds a traditional cop onto all of that? I think that fundamentally changes the game from one that relies on reads for virtually every person in the game to one that has two scanners and three protections just with different names.

So by all means, let's kill Death he's a good lynch. But regardless of his flip I like my read of the game.

Assuming I believed Ben and wanted to cut losses I think Death is the better lynch of the two because if both are town I see Pez as more likely to help solve the game.

I guess I just don't think Ben is bad enough to throw a game as town. And no mistake, a double fake guilty scan would be throwing with this level of commitment.

If you were town, and Death was scum, Death would know for sure Ben is bluffing and I feel like he would have used that knowledge to fight back better than he has. He was very weak this game day. Felt like he couldn't be bothered to fight the inevitable.

And he is reconciling that... How, exactly? Ben is fakeclaiming town?

I know Ben is lying. So you're essentially asking why I don't think he's scum since typically fake scans are done by scum right? Well WWE mafia did have a town scanner fake a scum scan. So, clearly town lies too.

But specifically why do I think he's town. I think it's a bad move for a scum player to do at this point in the game. Doing this and seeing me flip town would in most cases get a person lynched. Now, maybe scum Chris or scum Red or scum Ulti or scum Corrik could get out of it saying sorry guys I faked it and then still manage to convince town they were indeed town players. But that's still a reach.

But also, Ben tried a number of different times to get me lynched D3. And then said something to the effect of he is good at making reads on players but not good at leading lynches (quick aside does that sound like someone with a cop scan who knows they can get me lynched at any moment?).

But then the way he came in with all the theatrics claiming the game was over yada yada, does indeed sound like someone trying to drum up support. He didn't come in and say bam, got these scans let's win the game. To use Puns' word, he was grandstanding. He was making a big spectacle because he knew he couldn't convince people yesterday. He's so sure I'm scum he's doing this whole thing.

I actually think it's a decent move. He's making a stand on his read of the game. I think that's how the game of mafia should be played. But it's always a calculated risk.

All of that adds up to me as much more likely to be town than scum.

To explain Ulti he has been playing up my preconceptions that he's town that has tunnel vision a bit too much. He feels like he's on cruise control now especially after being "confirmed." I feel like he's trying to just be low impact than thinking about the game

No chance I die if this dude is scum though. Easy fall guy lynch here.

I don't have an explanation for Death. But I also haven't had a great chance to read most of what he's posted today.

Ben could have convinced people of Death without revealing the scan is mostly what I'm ornery about. The substance of why MZero was lynched applies to Death-- don't care how much you wanna play up "oh he was so scummy!!!!"
