Don't want it coming back to bite me 37.5% (3 votes) 3 24 y/o New York Heifer, Serina Wolfe was arrested while on VACATION with her BOYFRIEND in Florida when she admitted to charging a $5000 TIP to a Male Waiter by using HIS CREDIT CARD!! She wrote in the very generous gratuity on her cheque at Clear Sky Beachside Cafe after Michael Crane REFUSED to buy her a plane ticket home and so out of Revenge, she gave the "nice waiter" a huuuge tip An employee at the Cafe told Dailymail she was dining alone when she completed the transaction She lives in Buffalo, New York and is held on $1000 bond Michael didn't say what might have prompted her to get back at him but an arrest note said the 2 were verbally arguing and Wolfe wanted to buy a flight back home to NY. He refused to buy that ticket and placed a freeze on his Gold Savor Capital One credit card When he removed the freeze, that was when she used the card to pay a $55.37 bill and penning a hefty tip Clear Sky already paid the server the $5000 smackers when the restaurat was notified on July 1st that the payment was fradulent. An employee with the finality of the payment is up in the air however as the transaction coudl be declared void in 30 days When she was arrested and said her miranda rights, she voluntarily handed the card and said "this is the one i used to pay the 5055.37 tab.
