But I think it's pretty likely he knew about it and did nothing.

Let's just make a comparison here.

When the NYPD arrested five 14-16 year old minority kids for a brutal rape with no evidence and the coerced them into confessing Trump spent $85k to put out an advertisement calling for the death penalty and when they were proven innocent decades later Trump publically called it an injustice.

When his billionaire buddy he spent a lot of time with is arrested for raping little girls and running a child prostitution ring he may have banned him from his golf course and denies they were ever friends despite evidence to the contrary.

Unless I'm wrong and Mar-a-Lago is now in New York, and changed its name to "Wexner Mansion", and that George Houraney is a ~ 51 year old who chose to use a female pseudo name of Tiffany Doe instead of the typically-male John Doe (ignoring the fact that he's publicly making his identity known in that interview with the NYT).
