I was working as a stockier this past month and I just couldn't deal how bad management is there. I was the only stockier at the time since one guy a no call/no show for four days only to come and ask what days he will be working only to get fired(but good since he sucked) then the lead transfer with no replacement with causing everybody else to quit only leaving me.

While stocking wasn't bad it was the ugly pig shift supervisor that was always breathing down my back and managers that would come late for their shift. Honestly, after one month I was done just went up to the boss(who came late today to open the store) and told him I quit and thanks for everything and good luck with truck next week.

It sounds justified in this scenario honestly. Normally, i'm pretty strict to saying respectfully put in your two weeks notice, but the place you were working at sounds like a wreck.

You are better off in the long run, I wouldn't even use that job as "work experience" though because it will potentially look bad that you had a job for one month and quit without notice. I think it's better in that scenario to just say you weren't working during that month.

Honestly I haven't been working since late April since I just save up a lot and was in Florida helping with my parents out there and came pack about a month ago. They were just the first that it me up with a job and I jump.

Dude they will have uboat full of items that haven't been touch for days. And management only do what they want. Before, I left the pig looking supervisor was bitching on how she wanted to do an end cap of candy that took her the whole day.

Yeah that's ridiculous. I worked for a retailer and we would reset half of the end caps once every three weeks. They were planograms and I could easily knock out 9 to 12 in about 6 hours.

It was, hell they hired a shift supervisor that no real retail experience expect Dunkin donut. Who was complaining on how max boxes are on the floor.(Since they also put cases on the aisle too when the store is open.)

I've quit jobs after 1 day of work. If I don't like it I leave. First one that comes to mind is this job I got as a sprinkler system laborer, first day was so much work I couldn't bare to go another day knowing I'd have to dig trenches by hand on my knees everyday for rich divorced wives.

I quite a job on the morning of the 2nd or 3rd day I forget which but it was really quick.

Luckily at the time my old job took me back immediately when I called them.

The new job lied like mother fuckers and it was a trap.

Left a job before my first 3 hours were up. Was a waiter. Discovered huge black moldy walls and instruments in the washroom.

I handed the manager my apron, told him I'm uncomfortable working there and that I must leave and I'll pay for the apron within the week.
