I didn't feel much about turning 30. It was getting diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (that I probably had for years and it finally got bad enough for people to realize) and having my physical and mental health roll rapidly downhill that sucked.

I turned 30 earlier this year. It made it so my PT test scores are easier...

Well. I'm 35 and my dad just turned 65. So I'm just thinking... why don't I have kids Yet?

But for 30... it was just a number. However I had a stable and uneventful 20s so I don't miss anything.

Felt nothing. It's just a cumulative thing that you slowly start realizing, it doesn't necessarily hits you as you turn 30 unless you get a sudden existential crisis. You run slower, you're more injury prone, you don't have the reflexes you did, etc.

In my case it was the opposite, but it's because I started actively taking better care of myself around 36. I knew my body wouldn't allow me mulligans for much longer. Eating better and doing plenty of physical activity does wonder for you, who would have thought?

I thought it was going to be bad. But no turns out its just another number, that's been given undue significance by our culture.

Personally my 30s were way better than my 20s. Started doing stand up comedy, met my wife, got a decent job, went back to school, got my associates and start my bachelor's at SDSU this fall. Just turned 39 last week so let's see how my 40s go.

I didn't feel much of anything honestly, other then "wow, I am 30 now..."

I am not looking forward to 40 though, my body is already telling me I am just a few years away.

I was in a weird place life wise, shitty job that was actively ruining my mental health, wasn't training in the one hobby I enjoyed due to time constraints. Things like that, but when I actually turned 30 I felt fine about the transition out of 20s.

Now I am working in the field I intended, making a living while also enjoying the work. I work 35 hours a week and get to train in my hobby and compete.

I actually prefer early 30s so far.

Most people when polled find that their 20s and 30s are the toughest time of their lives and usually the least rewarding. Mostly because things get easier as you get more wisdom, unless your only goal in life is partying and doing a lot of physical activities life only gets better as you age, up until the 60s+.

Not much...just came to a conclusion that what I was doing at the time wasnt gonna support me or my family in the long term, so I did a 'soft reset' of my life, relocated to a different place and went and learned some new skills, etc. Now I will be 40 next year, and while I'm not where I truly wanna be, I am a loooonnnngggg way from where I was at that low point in my life.

I guess you can say I went thru a 2nd Adulthood in my early/mid 30s

Indifferent. Just as when I turn any other age. I always reflect upon how I'm wasting my life away as I'm not achieving what I want however this isn't a age related thing.
