This. I've never seen one in a neighbor's yard... although a few times I saw one in my yard, but it was a tiny one. Plus I've seen larger ones on public lots (or, at least, what I thought were them)

Round here they only tend to pop up in the Autumn, although I think I saw some last year during early-mid winter.
