The guy in OP goes into more details in his tweets. He said when companies are shooting porn they are looking for a specific girl the guy don't matter. So if girl doesn't want to work with black guy or whoever the guy is for whatever reason he gets replaced.

It hasn't been mentioned but women get paid more in porn so their kill fee is more than it would be to just replace the guy. For example lose $500 replacing the woman or lose $100 to use a different dude.

I feel like the context that black/white interracial is so fetishized is often ignored in these circumstances. I don't think it's a good thing that the industry is like that, but it doesn't inherently make a person racist to not to want to do interracial scenes when taking that into account.
