Their warping is instantaneous, and can travel anywhere in the world. In light or recent mass shootings, they decide to use their clairvoyance to see the massacre(s) that are set to occur, and then, the day before the perpetrator carries it out, warps to their exact location and kills them. They try to keep this and their identity as secret as possible, and does not reveal to anyone what they are doing.

Fair or foul? Fair because they're preventing more tragedies, or foul because those people had not yet committed the crimes in question?

If you act quickly enough the ripples shouldn't get that big. Preventing 9/11 now changes the a generation's worth of geopolitics. Preventing a mass shooting that happened a couple days ago basically just changes the headlines.

And anyone that would have died date and marry others that would have married differently, they have children, their children date others etc effecting all life eventually. Every action they do after they were meant to die effects the future.

Fair, that's basically what the police or counter terrorist agencies try to do.

If the person is literally going to do it in a matter of moments, fair. That would only be a moral issue for like "kill baby Hitler" where they're literally not of the mind to even think of the atrocities.

I would be ok with it more if they stopped them as they were about to do it as in caught in the act not before the act as they havent done anything yet and you could get well they were going to do something but I have no proof which could lead to just random innocents getting killed because they can. It would also be better to detain them if possible instead of outright killing.
