Put the most relevant ones up there I think. Obviously in Thor and Hulk's case it's them at their prime.

Vision is kinda questionable since he spent all of IW getting bodied, but in Civil War he seemed kinda overpowered tbh.

Well Scarlet Witch was clearly capable of soloing Thanos. Like, she was doing it with more ease than anyone else had without the element of surprise.

I still think Thor overpowering Thanos with all the stones is what puts him above the others tbh. Even if it was a surprise attack, that's still insane.

Idk man. Thanos was able to put her out without any help unlike the situation with Scarlet Which where had to have the whole fucking field bombed so that she wouldn't legit kill him. There's nothing stopping Scarlet Witch from tearing Danvers apart like she was about to do to Thanos without having to get in striking range.

Edit: I'd also reckon she'd be able to take on Thanos with the gauntlet as well. Idk, the movies made her telekinesis or whatever seem pretty busted. Like, wouldn't she be able to tear off the gauntlet much like she did his armor? Or at the very least prevent him from snapping?

Thats one of my few gripes with the MCU. Scarlet Witch is only as powerful as the plot needs her to be. Same for most characters, but with her especially since her powers are so ill-defined.

Because it wouldn't make for a great movie. That's exactly why they withered her away, otherwise she would have made it too easy. The plot for IW watered down her attitude moreso than it did her powers. That and it just kept her out of conflict majority of the film because of her attachment to Vision. When she could have done it in Infinity Wars, she was too busy killing vision which was emotionally and mentally tolling on her.

But again, they're gonna do what they're gonna do to get as many movies and scenes out of it as possible. It wouldn't be as gratifying to have Thanos Torn apart as soon as he arrives on earth compared to having him wither away after the crushing blow he delivered to the Universe and the struggles and sacrifices it took to undo. And also Thanos simply wasn't her villain to kill despite having a bone to pick.

So yeah, the plot held her back but I wouldn't find that a very compelling reason to say she's not stronger than any other avenger. Again, the plot held her back. It didn't beef her up. Her capabilities and strengths were always innate.

I should've probably put Cap with Mjolnir up there tbh. Although I doubt anyone thinks he's the absolute strongest, the guy still pulled out some sick combos.

Well Danvers powers come from the Stone, do she's no more powerful than an infinity stone which the Witch has been shown capable of destroying. If she can destroy a stone itself I'm sure she'd have no issues doing the same to a surrogate of its powers much.

Edit: Cap is dope. But yeah he's definitely nowhere near the strongest. Which is chill because he still gets more respect and appreciation from me than anyone else that out muscles him. Dudes got heart. He's strong in the real way.

If SW was as bloodlusted as she was in Endgame, the fight would like go the same way as it went against Thanos, minus having a way of escaping for CM.

SW can destroy a physical stone, sure, but Carols whole essence is from the stone. I assume that counts for something.

Can SW even survive in space?

Doctor Strange with the Time Stone is probably the strongest followed by Thor with Stormbreaker.

Vision, Scarlett Witch and Captain Marvel should all be around the same level since their powers originated from the same place. Vision would obviously be ahead of the other two because he has the Mind Stone.

Again, I don't think Carol's powers equal up to or at the very least surpass that of the stones. I mean, Thanos knocked her away without any issues using the stones direct powers.

While I can't imagine SW capable of surviving in space, I cant see Danvers getting her there in the first place. That Telekinesis is pretty OP. She'd only stand a chance in zoning kind of fight. No way could she risk getting up close and personal like Thanos did.

Welp, that shows what I know. I suppose gauging a characters strength based off of their ability of beating a character others can't is flawed. Everyone has their match ups.
