Overly long, stretched out cartoon action sequences, heroes that never get hurt, color by numbers plot points, no mystery, no intrigue. Just a mind numbing movie experience. And the story doesn't get much better but the visuals and a bit of cheesy charm from Mamoa are the good parts. Plus I liked Black Manta, especially the fight midway through. I love how much he hates Aquaman, feels like a classic villain just filled with hatred. Kind of like The Monarch.I hope in every Aquaman movie he just shows up out of nowhere and tackles Aquaman and they start beating the shit out of eachother with no buildup or context. Like when Peter and the chicken start a fight. Aquamoa is just talking to some guy walking along and then looks off screen and stops talking for a second, and boom Black Manta battle.
