The scary part is that a lot of people have no knowledge of that and go to the advice board seeking actual advice. In reality, the majority of the regulars on that board are a bunch of egotistical trolls who just insult and troll the people seeking advice. Yes, there is the occasional topic where good advice gets given out, but the majority of the board is just one giant troll attack upon anyone seeking advice. It's also not helping that there are another set of trolls who make up topics on the advice board for trolling purposes, which just results in troll on troll attacks (making it very uncomfortable for people who have the misfortune of going to that board seeking legit advice). Honestly, Gamefaqs should just close down that entire Advice board. As you said, A LOT of the trolls on that advice board LOVE kicking the living shit out of people who are down on their luck who come to that board seeking advice. The users on that board pray on the weak, they'll ask questions that set up a person to reveal very personal details about their life and they'll use that information to humble the person and teach them a lesson. It's by far the most toxic board I've gone to and I'm glad I'm not the only one who realizes it. I agree with this. The reason someone in general would seek advice on this website by going to the advice board is if they are hitting a low point in their life. I've seen trolls on that board kicking the shit out of people who need legit help. And there are a lot of trolls on that board.
