He just walked up to my drink on my desk and ran away when he noticed me.

First off it scared the shit out of me, they're cute little fuckers though. Too bad I have to get rid of him. Ugh, he's probably peeing somewhere.

But see, I have these flies down here, they keep finding their way in, and I hate flies. So I let the spiders stay. But then there are too many spiders, so I guess that's why I should let the centipedes stay. Centipedes are gross though, so maybe the mice will eat them. Now I've got a mouse problem, though. I guess it's time to get a cat.

I thought I saw a mouse last night, but I was honestly convinced it was a lizard.

My dogs took care of the mice that got in. And then I fed the dead mice to cats outside. And then they kept the mice from getting it. My cat will help once shes older. That being said, Im reminded of a childrens song...

I do this too. I really should vacuum them up.

for mice... I've caught (killed) 21 mice over the last 2-3 years, and 9 of those have been this year. I definitely hate mice.

This conversation is what this topic made me think about:

SKINNER Well, I was wrong. The lizards are a godsend.

LISA But isn't that a bit short-sighted? What happens when we're overrun by lizards?

SKINNER No problem. We simply unleash wave after wave of Chinese needle snakes. They'll wipe out the lizards.

LISA But aren't the snakes even worse?

SKINNER Yes, but we're prepared for that. We've lined up a fabulous type of gorilla that thrives on snake meat.

LISA But then we're stuck with gorillas!

SKINNER No, that's the beautiful part. When wintertime rolls around, the gorillas simply freeze to death.

Around here we mostly have field mice. They're dumb as dirt. You ever play The Sims and make a pool with a diving board and no ladder and everyone jumps in and can't get out so they all drown? Well the mice around here do that exact thing with the horse's water tank.

Make sure the bait is stuck on to the trap, so it can't just pull it off. Also, don't use a lot of bait. It might just eat its fill and then stop.

Be glad it isn't a rat. When I had one in the house and it kept running over my power strips and would end up turning the switch on them to off.
