Yeah. I'd let them thaw, dump em in the slow cooker and add a bottle of BBQ and let it go for like 6 hours on low. It'll really be falling off the bone at that point though.

Probably not, just get non-prepared drumsticks/thighs/breasts/wings next time and lather them yourself and slow cook them! Super easy and delicious

i never get walmart meat for reasons. if i want meat might as well get safeway or fred meyer (last one is a bit high at times unless you get it on sale). then again it's like that at all supermarkets.

It's from Walmart. Their brand. That's the problem. And no, I'm not trying to be funny or snarky.
Walmart does shit to their meats. They inject brine solutions in them to make them more "stable". And fucking around with food like that results is problems in taste and texture more often than not.
