It started today. I'm not going to drink anything else but water from here on out. I'm also doing a semi diet too. I still cheat here and there. But i toned down on all the junk food like sweets,chips,fast food ect. But drinking nothing but water will indeed be hard. Especially for someone like me that works in the fast food industry. I'm currently 240 and 6'0 even. My goal is to get to 200 even.

Water is the true adult beverage. It is easy to drink enough caffeinated beverages or booze. Drinking enough water feels like a chore
