Andre 3000 is my favorite. I think he's a better storyteller. He was also the best rapper on any track he was featured on.

Big Boi is a great rapper definitely, but he's putting a glass ceiling over himself by just being a "trap" rapper, sticking to mostly street content.
Which is perfectly fine, it's what he knows and he did it excellently 20 years before trapping in rap became a mainstream thing. But even when technicality is at its peak, a better rapper is always going to be one who covers more bases in their content. I love Andre 3000 for his ability to give me all types of music, moods, and flows. But don't sleep on Big Boi's "Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors." That was a dope ass album. "Raspberries" is my shit lol
